Karlsruhe, 04 July 2022 – Oliver Bendig is taking over as CEO of leading legal tech software provider STP. The German-based software group wins a very seasoned B2B tech expert as its new CEO. With his extensive experience in the SaaS transformation of international companies, Bendig will take STP’s growth to the next level. The overarching goal is to grow STP into a leading European legal tech platform through continuous innovations.
The STP Group today operates as the leading provider of intelligent software solutions for Digital Transformation of legal practices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The group offers its clients a fully integrated legal-tech platform that includes workflow automation, ERP software, intelligent data services as well as specialised software-enabled outsourcing services.
In alignment with entering the next growth phase, the Karlsruhe-based legal tech player is now implementing a strategic change in leadership: In addition to further accelerating the SaaS product transformation, Bendig aims to lead STP to become the leading platform in the rapidly growing legal tech market across Europe, through a targeted buy-&-build strategy. As a leading provider of software solutions for legal practice management, STP plans with strategic product extensions such as cloud-based services and Artificial Intelligence to further expand its offering in the areas of B2B, B2C and Enterprise Legal Management, both nationally and internationally.

Before joining STP, he served as CEO of Matrix42, where he transformed the software company into the European market and tripled its size in terms of number of employees and turnover.
